BASSpak generally ships within three business days from order date.
BASSpak is made from durable materials that are easy to wipe down and clean after an event. To clean, we recommend using a Microban 24 Hour Sanitizing Spray and a microfiber cloth for best results.
Even if it’s out of warranty, we’ve got you covered. Our team can look into repair options or offer a discounted upgrade, depending on what’s going on. Reach out with a description of the issue, and we’ll do our best to get you back in action.
Any device with Bluetooth output capability or and AUX out jack can be used with BASSpak. Additionally any wired headphones can be plugged into BASSpak headphone out jack.
Yes, as long as the headset has an AUX out jack.
BASSpak will work without any software installation.
BASSpak’s transducers use powerful magnets to operate. Please DO NOT use BASSpak if you have a pacemaker.
Manufacturer Defect:
Refunds will not be granted for issues other than manufacturer defects verified by our technicians.
All purchases with manufacturer defects must be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Upon return, the equipment will be thoroughly tested and inspected. Items that are found to have no manufacturer defect will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items appearing used or damaged due to any fault of the customer or that were damaged during the return will incur additional shipping/handling charges.
Custom or Specialty orders:
Custom orders are ineligible for returns.
Any device with an AUX out port can be used with BASSpak. RCA to aux adapters maybe required for some devices.

BASSpak will last approximately 8 hour with moderate use.
BASSpak is water resistant; it is not waterproof. You’ll be okay outside in light rain or dealing with a minor spill, but please do not submerge BASSpak in water for any reason!

Yes, the headphone output and the vibration intensity are fully and independently adjustable.
