BASSpak generally ships within three business days from order date.

How can I clean BASSpak if it gets dirty?

BASSpak is made from durable materials that make it easy to wipe down and clean your haptic technology after outdoor or music festival use. To clean, we recommend using a Microban 24 Hour Sanitizing Spray and a microfiber cloth for best results.

Do you do repairs?

Any defective BASSpak can be sent back to us for repairs.

What audio devices can be connected to BASSpak?

Any device with Bluetooth output capability or and AUX out jack can be used with BASSpak. Additionally any wired headphones can be plugged into BASSpak headphone out jack.

Can I connect a VR headset?

Yes, as long as the headset has an AUX out jack.

Do I need to install an app, driver, or software?

BASSpak will work without any software installation.

Can I use BASSpak if I have a pacemaker?

BASSpak’s transducers use powerful magnets to operate. Please DO NOT use BASSpak if you have a pacemaker.

Will it work directly with my TV?

Any device with an AUX out port can be used with BASSpak.  RCA to aux adapters maybe required for some devices.

Can you accommodate large orders?

Do I need to configure for different usages, such as a TV for gaming or a phone for music?

No. Just plug into your audio source and BASSpak is good to go.

How long does the BASSpak battery life last?

BASSpak will last approximately 8 hour with moderate use.

Is BASSpak waterproof?

BASSpak is water resistant; it is not waterproof. You’ll be okay outside in light rain or dealing with a minor spill, but please do not submerge BASSpak in water for any reason!

What is the warranty for BASSpak?

BASSpak comes with a 90 day warranty from date of purchase.

Are the volume and intensity adjustable?

Yes,  the headphone output and the vibration intensity are fully and independently  adjustable

How long does it take to fully charge?

BASSpak takes 90 minutes to fully charge,

Can I use BASSpak for music production?

BASSpak is great for music production.

Is there any latency?

When BASSpak is connected directly to a source via AUX out there is zero latency. When using bluetooth latency will be dependent on the device paired with.

What is BASSpak's frequency response?

1 Hz to 250 Hz

Can I use BASSpak if I am deaf or hard of hearing?

Many individuals with hearing impairment have had great success using BASSpak.
